On Android (Chrome):
- Tap the menu ⋮ at the top-right.
- Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen).
- Tap Install.
On iPhone / iPad (Safari):
- Tap the Share button at the bottom.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add at the top-right.
This only works in Safari, not Chrome on iPhone.
You're viewing inside another app's browser.
In-app browsers (WhatsApp, Facebook, remote-support apps, etc.) can't install the app. Open the menu ⋮ and choose Open in Chrome (Android) or Open in Safari (iPhone), then try Install again.
